That's the verdict of a Cambridge doctor following the publication of new research. A new study has found that while eating the recommended five a day still helps reduce the risk of disease, the highest benefits are seen when people consume 10 portions, and this number could significantly reduce a person's risk of heart disease and cancer. The study, published in the International Journal of Epidemiology, also identified which fruit and vegetables provided the greatest protection against kate spade ladies handbags disease. Researchers from Imperial College London analysed data from 95 studies concerning fruit and vegetable intake.
